Support for Versions

Support is offered to all DIY Surveys Clients. This section is designed to help with an understanding of the scope of support for the API services.

What happens when a version is no longer supported

When it is declared a version is no longer supported, this means that enhancements cannot be found in the version to support new ideas or changes in approach. If there is a bug it will be reviewed and fixed, based on client demand and usage.

Action to be taken

It is the duty of those using a version that is no longer supported to upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible.

When is a version no longer available

A date will be provided in the documentation informing developers when a version is no longer available. It is up to the developer to keep up to date with the documentation for new features that may benefit them as much as when old versions of the platform may no longer be available.

DIY Surveys will do its best to inform you before a version of API is going to be retired giving you time to make the necessary changes.
