FAQ¶
How do we manage multiple Tiny URLs in a single account?¶
The DIY Surveys platform supports multiple tiny URLs associated with a single account. These are maintained through your administration account and can be used in the API.
When multiple Tiny URLs exist, there is a default URL that the API can choose automatically. To use another URL, specify it through the macro parameters.
Getting your message delivery reports over the API¶
The callback feature allows you to track message delivery in real time. For full history, use your DIY Surveys account online to download bulk results.
How is callback failure handled?¶
If a callback to your platform fails, DIY Surveys uses an exception-handling process. See Web Hooks and Callbacks.
Who handles STOPs in foreign languages?¶
The DIY Surveys platform includes STOP handling. DIY Surveys manages the list of words detected as STOP and can use callbacks to notify you when a STOP occurs.
DIY Surveys has a global stop list managed on behalf of clients to ensure numbers are not contacted incorrectly. Campaign keywords can be associated with STOP, HELP, and INFO functionality.
Who handles data destruction?¶
DIY Surveys has a data protection policy available on request.
It is also possible to kill data associated with a specific mobile number associated with your account.
For custom data protection requirements, contact the DIY Surveys Client Services Team.
